At Ranesha Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items marked as final sale, custom orders, or items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@raneshashop.site with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions including the return shipping address.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@raneshashop.site.
